My stay at Kathmandu Nomad Hotel had its ups and downs. The location in Thamel is fantastic, close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing; they didn't seem welcoming or friendly when I had issues with my room booking. Overall, while the hotel has potential, my experience left a lot to be desired.

I booked a deluxe double room with a balcony, which was nice, but I did have to argue about getting the right room. They initially wanted to give me a different one. It shouldn’t have been this complicated.

My stay at Kathmandu Nomad Hotel was overall wonderful; the family-like vibe and convenient location made it very enjoyable. However, there were a few minor annoyances, including some noise from the construction nearby. The breakfast options were great, and I loved being able to order room service if I wanted to relax. Overall, I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kathmandu.
